Used product

At Cuckoo & Crow, customer satisfaction is our top priority, however due to the hygiene concerns we do not accept returns of used items. 

Incorrect or damaged product

Sometimes things can go wrong, you may not like the colour/style, receive an incorrect item(s) or your order is damaged through the delivery process, here is our eligibility criteria for refunds and exchanges -

  • If you have changed your mind, to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned in its original condition including the packaging and any accompanying materials for an exchange or refund

  • The item(s) must not have been worn or altered

  • The return or exchange must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt

  • Please note postage is not refundable, and you will be responsible for any postage cost for returning the item(s). 

  • If the item(s) are damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@cuckooandcrow.com with your order name, number, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will post a replacement or offer a refund if not possible.
